The Move's manager decided it was a good idea to promote 'Flowers In The Rain' using a picture of Harold Wilson and his political secretary Marcia Williams having sex. Harold wasn't amused and sued, with the result being all the royalties from 'Flowers' went to Harold's chosen charities - and still do. Attempts to vary this and make a Birmingham hospital benefit - The Move were all Brummies - failed. A bit of a case of the court making a judgment and not realising the impact over more than 40 years.
