Firstly you’ll need to register an account; this is both free and easy.
Secondly make sure we haven’t already got it, search for your entry making extra sure you have spelled it correctly.
If we have already got it but think your entry is either more concise or just plain funnier, replace it with your version. Or if you’re less of a mercenary start a talk page using the “talk” button.
On here you can discuss entries and suggest amendments. It is totally up to you if you want to discuss things in ten word sentences. It’s an interesting challenge but can drive you mad.
If we don’t have it click “Create A New Page With This Title” then click "Create This Page"
Delete the “describe X here” blurb and compose your ten worded slice of genius.
Click save changes (second button from the left below please comment this chang) And bask in the warm glow of sharing your knowledge with the world/ laugh at your own joke
Editing an entry is along the same lines, here you can correct spelling mistakes, add links, rename the article and add images.
Just make sure to save the changes or all will be lost
